Terms of Service

1. The service

Flow Keeping provides accounting software and optional bookkeeping-related services. Features, plans, and limits are described on ourpricing page and in-product. We may update the product over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting credentials.
• Organization admins are responsible for managing member access and permissions.
• You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

• Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select (typically monthly).
• Free trials, if offered, may limit certain features and end unless you activate a paid plan.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.
• We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.

4. Your data and content

You retain rights to the business data and content you submit. You grant Flow Keeping a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. OurPrivacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

You represent that you have the rights to connect accounts and upload data you provide, and that your use complies with applicable law and third-party terms (banks, channels, accounting platforms).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt operations
• Access data you are not authorized to access
• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Resell or redistribute the service except as we expressly allow
• Reverse engineer the product except where prohibited restrictions are not permitted by law

6. Third-party services

The product may integrate with third parties (for example bank-link providers, payment processors, and accounting platforms). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.

7. Optional bookkeeping services

If you purchase bookkeeping add-ons, we or our team will perform services described for that plan. You remain responsible for timely responses, accurate source documents, and decisions based on your financials. Tax advice and CPA services are not included unless expressly stated.

8. Intellectual property

Flow Keeping, the product, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet every accounting, tax, or business requirement. You are responsible for how you use the information in your business.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Keeping and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
