Flow Keeping

About us

Built because owners need financials they can lead with.

Too often the books are late, scattered across tools, or disconnected from the day the decision has to be made. Flow Keeping puts a clearer operating picture in front of the people running the business.

Why Flow Keeping exists

Built by an owner who needed usable numbers.

“I did not need more reports. I needed one place to understand and run my business.”

For LA Airsoft, Sutton was bouncing between Shopify, banks, cards, Xero, spreadsheets, and bookkeeper email — while cash, overhead, true COGS, and profit stayed hard to see in one place.

That experience shaped the product: connect sales, banking, and accounting into one live system so owners get a clearer picture, cleaner workflows, and optional bookkeeping that stays attached to the work.

Flow runs inside Sutton’s own businesses. It was shaped around the decisions owners actually have to make.

What we built

The product reflects that operating need.

Not another report pile — a live system with automation, shared workflows, and optional bookkeeping when you want help.

Live visibility

Banks, selling channels, and books in one operating picture — useful while decisions are still open.

Automation that sticks

Industry-aware structure and bank rules cut repeat categorization so the books stay closer to current.

Shared workflows

Questions, files, and approvals stay on the transaction — owners and firms close with the same context.

Optional bookkeeping

Start with software. Add hands-on month-end help in the same system when you want it.
