How quickly can I get set up?
Most customers are fully onboarded within 3–5 business days. Once you connect your platforms, our team configures your chart of accounts and categorization logic so your dashboard is accurate from day one.
Do I need to already use QuickBooks or Xero?
No — but if you do, Flow Keeping integrates directly and pushes clean journal entries into your existing accounting software. If you're starting fresh, we can help you get set up on either platform.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. We use bank-level 256-bit encryption and connect to financial institutions through Plaid, the industry standard for secure financial data connections. We never store your banking credentials.
Can I talk to a real person before signing up?
